Jackson EMC is an unscrupulous company! They turned off my power for a $128.00 that was only a week late! I guess the warmer that usual temperatures have them trying to make money anyway they can! So don't be a day late or the jerks will cut you off! Poor company! Terrible! Just terrible!

My bill was $122 due 9/19 today my service was turned off w no noticed and they recharged the deposit that was credited originally. Charged at 15 late fee and 70 reconnection fee. I never received a call or letter. I find it poor to disconnect service after 6 days of lateness. Im new to the state. I had no idea this would occur and didnt know my due date
