My husband is serviing this country thru fema. My daughter is chronically ill with autoimmune diseases and in and out of hospital.

This company has the audacity to change the due dates called, "re-cycle" of the billing dates, on the bills so they can disconnect your service, charge you $100.00 deposit again and a $60 reconnect fee with no notice of such practices. Yet, they are owned by the members who have no say as to such practices. Really? Randall Pugh is the CEO yet you cannot reach him at any time.

He is too busy to take any calls/concerns from the members. Wow!
