I've been without power since Monday due to the storm. Only issue with that is there is only a single downed line affecting my power and no other issues in sight.

It's a live wire and we've put in multiple reports and saw no one even come check it until Thursday.

I'm a college student with things to do involving power and the fact we've been given no estimate of time for when it will be fixed is absurd. I'm irate with this good for nothing company and if you have a chance choose a different energy provider.
